Reduced admission to the Zamoyski Museum in Kozłówka is available for:

  • students of the primary, middle and high schools; university students up to age 25;
  • pensioners, the disabled persons together with their guardians;
  • veterans;
  • organised groups of teachers;
  • holders of the membership ID of the Polish Youth Projects Association participating in the European Youth Card programme EURO<26;
  • holders of the international identity cards: ISIC, ITIC or IYTC;
  • persons authorised by the Museum Director.


Free admission to the Museum is available for:

  • persons awarded with the Order of the White Eagle, the War Order of Virtuti Militari, the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland, the Medal for Merit to Culture – Gloria Artis; the Badge of Merit for the Care of Monuments as well as persons awarded with the honorary decorations: ‘Merit to Polish Culture’ and ‘Meritorious Cultural Worker’ and the honorary title of ‘Merit to the National Culture’;
  • national and foreign museum employees;
  • tourist guides and leaders caring for the groups visiting the Museum;
  • members of the International Council of Museums (ICOM) and the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS);
  • teachers of the nursery, primary, middle and high schools; tutors of the special education and rehabilitation centres operating in Poland and other persons caring for the groups visiting the Museum as a part of their scheduled classes (1 tutor per 10 people);
  • academics and students of Art Schools visiting the Museum as a part of their university classes;
  • children under the age of 7 visiting the Museum accompanied by adults;
  • holders of the Pole’s Card, referred to in the Act of 7 September 2007 on the Pole’s Card (Journal of Laws, No. 180, item 1280, as amended);
  • journalists visiting the Museum as a part of their official duties;
  • persons authorised by the Museum Director.

Any persons entitled to the reduced or free admission to the Museum may be requested to present for the authorised museum employee a valid document proving their entitlement to the reduced or free museum tickets. If any persons do not follow the request of presenting a relevant document, they will no longer be able to use the reduced or free museum tickets.


Rules of visiting the Museum exhibitions/displays

The Zamoyski Museum in Kozłówka is a valuable historical monument of national cultural heritage. Therefore, in order to preserve it our visitors are asked to follow the rules listed below.

  1. The museum is available to visitors during certain hours, settled by the Museum Director, depending on the tourist season.
  2. Due to the specific nature of the palace interiors and for their safety, palace tours take place only in groups with the guide and supervisor.
  3. The Socialist Art Gallery, The Coach-House, The Chapel and temporary exhibitions are for individual tours only.
  4. Organised groups are asked to contact the Museum in advance to book a time slot and a guide. The guided tour takes place according to the pre-established schedule.
  5. Organised tours and individual travelers enter the Palace in groups 25 people max.
  6. For the preventive purposes, we established a daily limit of visitors. In summer season this may result in lack of opportunities to enter the Palace in the afternoon hours.
  7. Palace visitors are required to leave their outerwear, bags, backpacks, umbrellas and beverages in the cloakroom. During rainy days, visitors are required to put shoe covers.
  8. Touching the exhibits, sitting down on any of the pieces of the furniture and walking onto any of the antique carpets is forbidden.
  9. Visitors of The Zamoyski Museum in Kozłówka are allowed to take photos and record videos of the museum property only for personal use. It is forbidden to use the flash, additional sources of light and tripods. The use of photographs and videos for commercial purposes may result in legal consequences.
  10. During the tours visitors are kindly requested to turn off their mobile phones.
  11. In the exhibition rooms it is forbidden to consume food and drinks, chew gum, smoke or use fire.
  12. Animals are not allowed in the exhibition rooms.
  13. Individuals, being under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, disturbing the peace and order, as well as those not applying to these rules, will be deprived of the right to visit without refund.
  14. The ticket purchase is equivalent to your agreement to follow our Visitor rules.


Rules of visiting the Park

The Palace and Park complex in Kozłówka was entered in the register of historic monuments and is regarded as a monument of history, thus it was subject to protection under the Act on the Protection and Care of Historic Monuments of July 23, 2003 (i.e. Journal of Laws No. 162, Item 1568, as amended). The Park is commonly accessible to tourists and can be visited from 7:00 am until dusk. The visitors are obliged to respect the rules of behaviour within the protected areas. Hence, in the area of the Park and the courtyard, it is forbidden to perform following actions, including:

  • driving any vehicles, except for the Museum maintenance vehicles;
  • riding horses;
  • walking the dogs without leads;
  • disturbing the silence, including any use of radios or any other audio appliances if used without headphones;
  • destroying the vegetation, picking up mushrooms or flowers;
  • destroying any appliances, devices or facilities;
  •  littering and contaminating the greenery areas and Park alleys;
  • littering and contaminating the fountain and bathing in it;
  • scaring away, feeding birds and game;
  • conducting any trade operations without the consent from the Museum Management;
  • posting any pieces of advertising or announcements without the consent from the Museum Management;
  • staying in the Park area after dusk without the consent from the Museum Management.

Camping and kindling bonfires shall require the consent from the Museum Management. Children aged up to 6 are allowed to stay in the Park, provided that they are guarded by adults. Infringement of any of the aforementioned rules shall expose you to criminal liability under the Law referred to in Item 1. Thank you for abiding the above-specified rules.
